We use the well-respected and robust anti-spam filter Spamassassin on our servers. Please be aware this filter is not perfect and on occasion spam will still make it through to your inbox. The Spamassassin program marks emails it thinks are spam with the prefix "** SPAM **" in the email subject line. Most email clients know to put emails marked in this way straight into the Junk folder. However, in some email clients, you may have to set up filtering rules or select configuration options in order to enable this feature. Check the documentation for your email client application for more information on creating inbox filter rules or automatically handling Spamassassin processed email.
If you receive a spam email that wasn’t caught by SpamAssassin, please forward it to spam@sysx.biz. This will help Spamassassin learn what that kind of spam looks like.
If a legitimate email is mistakenly marked as spam, forward it to ham@sysx.biz, so we can improve our filtering.
