Microsoft Outlook on Windows
Step 1: Open Outlook
- Launch Outlook on your computer.
Step 2: Add a New Account
- Go to
File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.
- Click
Add Account.
Step 3: Enter Email Address
- Type your new email address.
- Click
Connect.
Step 4: Select IMAP
- Choose
IMAP as the account type.
Step 5: Configure Incoming Mail Server
- Server:

- Port:
993
- Encryption Method:
SSL/TLS
Step 6: Configure Outgoing Mail Server
- Server:
mail.systemsxpert.com.au
- Port:
445
- Encryption Method:
SSL/TLS
Step 7: Enter Login Information
- Username:
my.new@email.address
- Password: Your email account password.
Step 8: Test Account Settings
- Outlook will test the settings. If everything is correct, it will confirm the account setup.
Step 9: Finish Setup
- Click
Done to complete the process.
